Message from our Founder

One of the blessings of the Covid Pandemic was that it forced me to establish an online private practice in 2020. It turned out to provide the best format for the work that I love and have the flexibility to manage life on my terms juggling family and other pursuits. I love supporting other therapists as clients and I am excited to support you in honing your skills and be able to launch your own private practice, while we create a community of like-minded therapists to learn from each other and have a home where clients looking for an integrative Depth approach can find us.
Our Mission
Core Insight Psychology was founded primarily to prepare Integrative Depth Psychotherapists to establish a private practice and in turn, help clients find quality integrative mental health care that addresses their holistic needs in the online space.
