Healing is not the absence of pain, but the restoration of relationship—with yourself, with others, and with life itself.

Individual Psychotherapy

Your one-on-one therapist provides a safe, supportive space to explore life's challenges, gain insight into recurring patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Whether you're struggling with mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship issues, or feeling stuck, therapy can help you heal, build resilience, and create lasting change. Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly or as needed in frequency.

Individual Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to help you clarify goals, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change in your personal or professional life. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching is intended for individuals who are not seeking treatment for a mental health condition and instead want support with growth, performance, purpose, confidence, decision-making, or navigating life transitions. Coaching emphasizes taking intentional action, developing new perspectives, and creating momentum toward the future you envision. Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly or as needed in frequency.

Couple’s Therapy

We assist couples in assessing the challenging dynamics in their relationship and teach tools for greater connection and growth. We also assist those who may be in the process of uncoupling and want to use the experience for greater personal insight and transformation, and bring closure to the relationship with a respectful, compassionate and mindful approach.

Family Therapy

Using a Family Systems lens, we help the family unit or work group uncover dysfunctional dynamics and devise ways to better support each other and work through difficult situations.

Family Constellations or Systemic Constellations Therapy

Systemic and Family Constellations is an experiential therapy based on the work of Bert Hellinger. It is an approach that explores intergenerational trauma and relationship patterns in families or groups and how they unconsciously influence a person’s present-day challenges. Healing becomes a result as unconscious dynamics are brought to awareness and processed. This can be done online or through an in-person session individually or in a group workshop format.

Group Therapy

We provide sessions led by one or two therapists, where several clients come together and work on a specific issue in a group setting. This can be a more affordable option and provide a sense of community support and enriching personal insight with real-time feedback from other people. To ensure a good fit, clients are screened prior to joining. Group therapy is not appropriate for certain mental health issues.

FAQs Frequently Asked Questions

We are an out-of-network private pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to prioritize your privacy, provide personalized care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies, and tailor treatment to your unique needs rather than insurance requirements.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, we are happy to provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network coverage.

If you have questions about superbills or the reimbursement process, we're happy to help.
